CONSTANTIA is a baltic trader built in Marstal, Denmark, 1908 as a sailing cargo vessel without an engine. She was sold to Norway in 1916 and became a motor vessel. Sold to Sweden in 1921 and here she got her rig back. She sailed with cargo until to 1968.
1988 the restauration started and since 1996 has she sailed as a sail training vessel. Young people get to feel the experience of sailing an old vessel together with others. In the spring and autumn there is schoolclasses that sail with the ship in the archepelago of Stockholm.
During the summer youngsters can participate in our summer sail that often includes participating in the Tall Ships´ Race where they meet young peoples from all over the world.
